Kindred Spirit Kayak Company was a dream made true in 2001 for instructor Craig Gerrard and his wife and business partner Stacey Davidson.

Craig has followed his dreams by completing:

*White Water Kayak Istructor's course

*Swift Water Rescue Instructor's course

*Advanced Wilderness 1st Aid/CPR

*Member/Instructor for Cowichan Search and Rescue

Craig holds the following certifications:

ACA, Rescue 3 International, Slipstream Wilderness First Aid, CRCA

All Guides hold valid first aid and swift water certifications. We want you to be safe and have fun!

Inspiration

Our passion includes working with youth and a committment to educate the public with river safety and awareness.

Empowerment is important to us and thus we have included swift water rescue skills/ knowledge into our courses and tours to increase your comfort levels and confidence.

Residing in the beautiful Cowichan Valley, BC there is also the opportunity to show others the river's incredible beauty to help promote respect for the environment and creatures within it.
